Hello, I'm very sorry to hear that you have been the victim of ransomware on your server infrastructure and I will try to help you the best I can.

Can you provide more details, how much do they demand?, Do they have a contact mail or a website for example? how has the demand shown up? Do you have any backups?. Please note that I don't recommend to pay for them. It might not get your files back. It is also important to investigate how it started and spread to other servers.
If we get more of this information we might be able to identify it and help you how to proceed.
